A&M Arkansas thoughts

Image
Today A&M played the University of Arkansas !  It was the first time we lost since joining the SEC.  It's sad that we lost a game we didn't need to lose if we just showed up! Too many mistakes on our side! We did have an effort from our QB for starers and that will hurt any team ! We need to also get better on offense! A big issue this season is running game and we need to better! Another issue is the penalties which killed us significantly as well! All in all it could have been a better game and I am sad we didn't perform the best we could

college football week 3

Another good weekend of Aggie football in the books . It was my first in person game since the start of the pandemic. I enjoyed being back in Kyle Field wit my friends again!   The Aggies had a good first half against New Mexico and were able to get 21 points on the board. The weather was hot and muggy during most of the game with exception of the fourth quarter where it briefly rained. The second half was eventful for our team as well which resulted in 34 point shout out

College Football toughts 9-11

Yesterday was another wonderful weekend of college football. The Aggies played the Colorado Buffalos this weekend in Denver! In the first half the Aggies struggled to put points on the board until they scored a field goal. this was due to their star QB being injured! The second half continued to be tough on the Aggies. They initially scored a touchdown, but it was ruled a fumble. Then at the end of the game A&M scored a touchdown to gain the lead and seal a win!   It was hard but end the end the Aggies won, and all was good.

Finally: 2021 College (AGGIE) Football!

Can't believe Aggie football is back! After a year of limited attendance it was nice to see some normal ! I am still concerned about covid19 spread and worried about the fans without masks but at the same time ready to get it on. The first half was rough on the Aggies with them only scoring a touchdown. Lot's of mistakes and fouls made for a very horrible first half. The most interesting part of the game was the second half. Aggie Safety Leon O'neal was delivering what appeared to be a legal hit and tackle on a Kent State player! However the refs called it as targeting which in my opinion is one of the worst rules in college gridiron football ! Any hit can be called as targeting even if it is not being lead by the crown of the helmet. An automatic review is triggered in this case and after review  the targeting call on O'neal was reversed and he scored a 85 yarder to give A&M an even bigger 20-3 lead. A&M would go on to win the game 41-10 in the end and while ...
